McCORMICK, JR.
Ed
McCormick has successfully raised over $150 million from private,
public, and institutional investors.
Since 1988, McCormick has
served as Chairman of McCormick & Company, an international
consulting firm founded in 1946 which specializes in strategic
planning, management consulting, financial advisory, profitability
studies, cost control, and training. In that capacity, he
has served numerous high-profile companies including American
Express, Sony of America, Mars Companies, Owens Corning, Coors,
and East New York Bank.
Recognized Business Specialist
and Author
He is
a recognized specialist in strategic planning, turn-around,
and business engineering. He is the author of numerous papers
and articles on planning, securitization, budgeting, cost
control, and profitability. In addition, he is a co-author
of the industry reference book, Maynard's Industrial Engineering
Handbook 4th Edition, published by McGraw Hill.
McCormick has also been a lecturer for the American Management
Association.
Member of the Board of
Directors
Mr. McCormick
has served on the board of directors of Room Plus, Inc., a
retail furniture manufacturer whose securities are traded
on The NASDAQ SmallCap Market, Watchdog Patrols, Inc. (now
NetWolves Corporation), and Kirlin Holding Corp. (symbol:
KILN). He is a director of Greenleaf Partners II, LLC as well
as a manager of Greenleaf Capital Partners, LLC. Both of these
are private investment funds.

Ed
McCormick attended Carnegie-Mellon University in Management
Studies and holds a B.S. in Finance from Long Island University.
He is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy.

Dilip
is a corporate communications specialist with 30 years of
experience in designing creative business solutions for
companies of all types. He is an accomplished business writer,
editor, financial journalist and the author of One Way Up Wall
Street: The Fred Alger Story and The Pitch Formula for
Success. He has BA from Stanford University and an MS from
Columbia University.
Geofrey
Samuels
Geoffrey
is both an entrepreneur and business writer. Among his many
hands-on business accomplishments Geoffrey was consulting
writer and editor for J. P. Morgan, McKinsey & Company,
Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Henry S. Anspacher, Inc. He
founded Business Plan Resources to develop, write and analyze
business plans. He also founded Museum Digital Library
Collection in New York and was Executive Director of You Are
There Multimedia. He holds a BA from Stanford University and
an MPA from Harvard University.
Julia Murphy
Julia is a professional business
writer with more than ten years of diverse experience in
